A gorgeous carnelian ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Crafted in sterling silver, this lovely piece adorns a single bullet cabochon which rests in a simple yet beautiful mounting. The bezel set stone exhibits a rich, deep orange hue that comes alive as it catches the light beautifully in its open back setting. The shoulders of the ring feature a simple circular motif and bar design. The shank of the ring is decorated with a simple doubled-band design. Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6.50 but it could easily be resized. The centerpiece measures approximately 3/4" tall and wide, and rests 1/2" above the finger when worn. The band measures 2.46mm at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver setting, and the carnelian is intact and securely set.
